So I think it’s fair to say that Autumn is in full swing. My instagram feed has been bombarded with every influencer posting pictures of them at pumpkin patches and their OOTD posts featuring a pumpkin spiced latte.

As the clocks go back, the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, I never really think Autumn has arrived until my oily skin becomes dry and flakey- grim I know. When this happens I have to change from my lighter skincare products to much heavier, more moisturising products.

Now those of you that have been following my blog/ instagram for a while will know that MMUK are my go to place for all things skincare. As much as I love the brands they sell on there, I think their own brand products are my favourite. For the price point they’re really high quality and luxurious, from the packaging to the performance of the products themselves.

I’ve been using three products from their range for 6 weeks and I have genuinely seen great changes.

I start my lil skincare routine off with the face and under eye serum. Ngl I felt pretty boujie the first time I used a serum. I thought they were only for the refined gentlemen. If I’m honest, I’ve always been a bit apprehensive to use a serum because I thought adding this extra layer of intense moisture to my skin would do nothing for my oiliness. How wrong I was. It’s VERY fast absorbing for starters and despite being packed with extracts such as cucumber, aloe vera and (my favourite) glycerine, it’s really bloody light on the skin so you don’t even notice it’s there!

So what have I noticed since using it? Well firstly my skin looks more alive, it doesn’t look dull and grey. My skin feels tighter, more firm and my under eye circles aren’t half as bad as they were!

The price : product ratio is impressive. It works out being a lot cheaper than market favourites such as the Kiehls midnight recovery and you could probably buy a lifetime surpply of the MMUK serum for the price of one bottle of a Sunday Rileys serum.

If you’re looking for an injection of moisture then this is the product for you! I don’t use this all the time as my skin is generally oily, but when I’m flying frequently or feeling dehydrated/ severely hungover; this is my go to.

This moisturiser is probably the most nourishing and moisturising, I’ve ever come across. It contains hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, shea butter and wild yam room extract which all show evidence of being great for the skin in terms of nourishing and feeding it what it wants- and even anti-ageing!

A little bit of product really goes a long way so it’s going to last you a really long time.

50ml, £35

Now I’ve used one of their jojoba moisturisers in the past, and I said it then and I’ll say it now too. This stuff is insaneeeee!

Firstly it smells so good (lol), but in terms of the product, it really delivers. It transforms my tired-ass skin to some glowing, radiant goodness. Noticed how gassed I am over it?!

It honestly plumps your skin so I haven’t been looking puffy in the mornings anymore- which I’m assuming is from the jojoba, grape seed and avocado.

It was recently featured in GQ’s grooming essentials and was shortlisted for the award too! The main reason I love using this moisturiser is because despite being so moisturising it never makes me look greasy.

40ml, £30

I honestly can’t recommend this range enough, I’d say if you’re in the market for just a moisturiser and have normal to oily skin, get the jojoba moisturiser, if you have dry skin then for sure you need the hyaluronic moisturiser and if you’re looking to up your skincare game then get your hands on the serum!

I’d love to know what you guys are using during these colder months, I’m needed to change up my face-wash so hit me up with your recommendations!
